Ruth and Warren Grau are the heart and soul behind Springboard Vacations — a company born from their shared passion for travel, discovery, and creating unforgettable experiences for others. Australians now based in California, they bring an insider’s understanding of the South Pacific paired with the warmth and hospitality that defines the region.

With decades of experience in the travel industry, Ruth and Warren have personally explored every corner of Australia and New Zealand — from remote outback lodges and hidden wine regions to luxury island retreats. Their deep connections with local partners and hoteliers mean every Springboard itinerary is infused with authenticity, style, and thoughtful detail.

Known for their creativity and care, Ruth and Warren have designed journeys for everyone from first-time visitors to seasoned travelers, from families to celebrities and global executives. Liz Neal

Travel Designer

Liz brings extensive travel industry experience, having worked with hotels, airlines, and tour operators. She treats each client’s vacation as if it were her own, listening carefully to expectations and adding personal touches to make every trip special. Liz specializes in customized itineraries throughout Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific, helping travelers create lasting memories with authentic experiences.

Paula grew up in the outback town of Humpty Doo, Northern Territory, where she developed a love for adventure and culture. She specializes in unique itineraries that go beyond typical tours, such as walking with Indigenous guides, pub crawls, progressive dinners, or surf lessons. Paula’s goal is to create unforgettable family, romantic, and cultural experiences in destinations across Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific.

Connie has traveled to Australia and New Zealand regularly and knows these destinations firsthand. She specializes in creating personalized itineraries that allow clients to fully experience their surroundings — from iconic sights to hidden gems. Connie’s career began as a flight attendant, inspiring her lifelong passion for travel, cultural discovery, and authentic experiences.

Travel Designer

Tammy has focused exclusively on the South Pacific for 25 years. She excels at crafting personalized itineraries that turn ordinary vacations into magical experiences. From wildlife spotting on Kangaroo Island and Great Barrier Reef adventures to glacier hiking in New Zealand and alpine thrills in Queenstown, Tammy blends iconic highlights with authentic local experiences for unforgettable trips.

Lindsey Neale-Rozga

Travel Designer

Originally from the UK, Lindsey quickly found her home in Sydney and became an Australian specialist. With experience as a tour operator and at Tourism Australia, she knows Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific intimately. Lindsey specializes in small group experiences, Aboriginal and Maori culture, wine tasting, wildlife, and soft-adventure activities, helping travelers fulfill their dream vacations.

Millie Jardin Wu

Finance & Office Manager

Millie has been with Springboard Vacations since 2006 and is our finance wizard and office manager. She manages accounting, the office, and Australian Open Tennis tickets, ensuring every behind-the-scenes detail is flawless. Her dedication keeps the office running smoothly so our travel advisors can focus on creating unforgettable experiences.
